🏡 Mouse House Magic House Rules Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 8 registered guests is permitted. Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight. No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the condo or on the screened lanai. A cleaning fee may be charged for smoke or odor removal. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorized visitors are not permitted. Quiet Hours: Please observe Bahama Bay Resort quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors. No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not permitted due to allergy concerns and HOA regulations. Commercial Photography & Filming: Commercial photography, videography, or filming is not permitted without prior written approval from the owner. Locked Areas: The owner’s closet and HVAC/utility closet are private and are not available for guest use. Trash: Please place all trash in the provided bags and use the resort’s designated trash disposal areas. Do not leave trash outside the condo. Garbage Disposal: Please use the garbage disposal only for small food scraps. Do not place grease, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, rice, eggshells, or fibrous foods into the disposal. Thermostat: Please keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running. We recommend keeping the thermostat between 72°F and 76°F. Respect the Property: Please treat our home as if it were your own. Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can address them quickly. Security & Safety: For everyone’s safety, the property is equipped with a video doorbell camera at the front entrance and a noise monitoring device that measures sound levels only (it does not record conversations). Checkout: Checkout is 10:00 AM unless late checkout has been approved.
